I believe the earliest years shape the entire trajectory of a child's life. My work is guided by a philosophy that centres on creating environments where children feel secure, curious, and confident enough to explore the world on their own terms.
I live in Sydney with my fiancé, having recently relocated from London. I am a Fully Qualified Norland Nanny, holding a First-Class degree in Early Years Development and Learning alongside the Norland Diploma, a rigorous three-year qualification that blends academic study with intensive practical training.
My professional practice draws from Montessori principles, Reggio Emilia inspiration, and evidence-based learning through play. This approach, grounded in Norland standards, brings consistency, high expectations, and holistic care to every aspect of a child's development. I also hold specialised expertise in Emotion Coaching, Advanced Sleep Training, and Newborn Care.
I have built my career around long-term, trust-based relationships with families. I have cared for six children through their foundational years, from newborn support to their transition into early years education, managing every facet of daily care and developmental progression.
I have led the daily routines for two busy, dual-career households, ensuring seamless organisation and providing steady emotional support for the children and the wider family unit. I take particular pride in championing physical development through age-appropriate activities, guiding parents in Emotion Coaching, and preparing children for smooth transitions into nursery and school.
I work with families who value collaboration, consistency, and a nurturing developmental environment. My aim is to contribute meaningfully to a stable, stimulating family dynamic where children grow into creative, confident, and compassionate individuals.

“Maddie is quite simply an AMAZING Nanny. We would not use a comparison to 'Mary Poppins' lightly, but Maddie's kindness, energy, enthusiasm and ability to engage so positively not only with the children, but the whole family really are exceptional.”
